With the development of the domestic tunnel and underground engineering construction industry and the promotion of the supporting process of tunnel construction mechanization, the tunnel inverted arch construction has gradually shifted from simple trestle combined with combined formwork construction to self-propelled trestle combined with curved inverted arch formwork construction, and the efficiency of inverted arch construction has been significantly improved. However, the inverted arch and filling concrete vibration and surface closing operations are still carried out manually, which has problems such as high labor intensity of operators, small working space, inconvenient operation and high operation risk. At the same time, it is easy to cause quality problems such as concrete vibration leakage or insufficient vibration, filling surface elevation control and poor flatness due to human factors. This set of technology can realize the inverted arch and filled concrete vibration and surface work mechanization, automation, to reduce the operators, reduce the labor intensity of workers, improve the quality of construction purposes.
